Research Interests
Controllable growth of 2D materials by surface and interface engineering, and development of preparation techniques for large-sized single crystal 2D materials, with focus on the excavation and exploration of mechanisms and techniques. Specific research directions include:
1. Preparation of large-sized single crystal metal foil, while providing a rich substrate system for the preparation of 2D single crystals;
2. Epitaxial growth of 2D single crystals, focusing on the nucleation and epitaxial mechanism, to develop preparation techniques for large-size 2D single crystals;
3. Preparation of novel 2D materials, focusing on growth mechanisms and the exploration of new techniques;
4. Application exploration of 2D materials, including epitaxial substrates, electronic devices, catalysis, etc.
