The vacuum strip equipment was imported from Johanna Otto Company, Germany in the mid-1990s. The equipment consists of three parts: high vacuum system, water-cooled rotating roller system and induction melting system. The alloy melting and strip throwing are completed in high vacuum chamber, which can ensure that the materials are not polluted in the whole test process. The cooling rate achieved by this method is very high, which can make the metal melt form microcrystalline or amorphous structure in the solidification process.
Vacuum: 10-6 mbar
Rotating speed: 600 ~ 6000 r/min
Alloy weight: 60 g
Strip width: 15 mm
Strip thickness: 15 ~ 60 μm.
