Applications

Vacuum melt quenching is an advanced solidification technology which can rapidly cool the molten alloy to obtain non-equilibrium bulk materials. The vacuum melt rapid quenching furnace was designed and developed by ourselves in 2002. It can realize the functions of melt rapid quenching, suction casting and melt infiltration casting, respectively, and the mould of suction casting and infiltration casting can be designed freely to complete the forming of the components with different shapes. The equipment consists of high vacuum system, resistance melting system, cooling system, control and motion system.
